DRUG DEALER NICHOLAS LYNCH CAUGHT SELLING DAYS AFTER WALKING FREE

· 🇬🇧 UK · 2026-07-26 · 1 min read

Bruv, Nicholas Lynch didn’t get the memo. The 26-year-old drug dealer walked free from court and was back in the game within days. This week, he faced Airdrie Sheriff Court again, admitting to supplying cocaine and cannabis at his Kennedy Drive pad on October 24, 2023. He also copped to skipping a court date and breaching community orders.

Lynch’s defence solicitor Paul Belardo tried the sympathy card, saying Lynch’s life ‘spiralled out of control’ after he broke his leg and lost his landscaping job. But Sheriff Paul Haran wasn’t buying it. Given Lynch's latest offences and breaches, a prison stint was inevitable. Lynch’s 30-month sentence is backdated to June 10, as he’s been in the clink since last month. Sheriff Haran made it clear: ‘Given the further offending and breaches of court orders, a prison sentence was inevitable.’ Looks like Lynch’s days of running his little drug empire are over for now.
